These terms govern use of SHIELD by [Company name] customers and their authorised users.
1. The agreement
These terms, your order form and the Data Processing Agreement form the agreement between [Company name] and the customer named in the order form.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your users, for keeping credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you add.
3. Fees
Fees are based on workers active in the calendar month, as set out in your order form. Invoices are payable within [number] days.
4. Service levels
We aim for [uptime percentage] availability, excluding planned maintenance notified in advance. Enterprise SLAs are set out in the order form.
5. Your data
You own your data. You can export it as CSV and PDF at any time. On termination we provide a full export and a deletion certificate within [number] days.
6. Liability
Our total liability is limited to [cap]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
